DAFC Board Appointment
Dunfermline Athletic are pleased to announce the appointment of Bill McIntosh to the DAFC Board of Directors.
Bill was born and raised in Dunfermline and attended Pitcorthie, Woodmill and Dunfermline High Schools. A lifelong Pars fan he travelled from all over Scotland to see them play before returning to Dunfermline in 2005.His father took him to his first game as a 5 year old and he has never missed a cup final since 1961.He has two black and white dogs!
As well as Principal of Carnegie College, he also serves on a number of national and regional boards.He is Vice President of the Scottish Chamber of Commerce, a Director of Arts and Theatres Trust Fife and a Board Member of Dunfermline Town Centre Management Company.
Bill is committed to the return of the glory days at East End Park and is passionate about his home town.

Sir Sean Connery was present for the Dunfermline v Rangers match on Sunday 13th August 2006.
In attendance from the start of the match stunned fans could not believe their luck when he walked into the stadium to view the match! Sir Sean was on excellent form taking time out before the match and at half time giving autographs, signing shirts and having his photograph taken with local fans.
As a child Sean Connery supported Dunfermline Athletic. His grandparents lived in Lassodie by Kelty and when visiting them Sir Sean attended many Dunfermline Athletic matches getting the bus between Lassodie and Dunfermline.
